Not only do I have many memories of Norm from school, but also from Evangelical Congregational Church where our families were members. Norm and I attended classes together for two years along with Bob Ehrlich, Bill Buxman, Louis Hein, and one other boy whom I can"t remember. We were confirmed on March 22nd, 1959. Our pastor and teacher was H. Becker. Sandy Weber and Karen Winter chose to be confirmed a year later. They said we, boys, were too onery and they wanted other girls in the class.
Cheryl's father, Roy, started working for my father right after getting home from WWII. The Hollands lived on our south farm until 1956 or so when they moved to our home farm. So Cheryl and I grew up together and then were in the same class throughout Windsor schools
I can't remember the last time I saw Cheryl. I wish she would have attended our reunions. She was a fine lady.
