Patricia Barnefield, nee Madden, age 83, of Evanston, IL died Sunday, February 13, 2011, in Evanston Hospital. Patricia was born February 21, 1927 in Chicago, IL to John Madden and Margaret Finn Madden.
Patricia was active on the North Shore with the Jr. League, WTTW, Peacock Camp, Winnetka Garden Club (where she was recently honored for her work), and Voice of the Faithful at her church, SS. Faith Hope & Charity in Winnetka.
She was the loving spouse of the late Thomas P. Barnefield, companion of the late David Clark, previously married to the late Robert F. Wright; loving mother of Katherine Lawrence-Eberhard (David Eberhard,) Robert F. Jr., (Sandi) Wright, Peter V. (Maureen) Wright and the late Sarah E. Wright; step mother of John T. Barnefield; dear grandmother of Walker R. (Laura) Lawrence, Conor P., John P "Jack", Michael C. "Mick" Wright and Olivia E. Barnefield; great grandmother of Kiegan M Lawrence.
Visitation February 17, 2011 Thursday 10:00 a.m. until time of Funeral Mass 11:00 a.m. at Saints Faith, Hope & Charity Church, 191 Linden St., Winnetka, IL 60093. (www.faithhope.org)
Interment Sacred Heart Cemetery, Lee and Dundee Roads, Northbrook, IL.
