Frances was like a grown-up pixie. Perky, positive, smart and a joy to be around. I had frequent contact with Frances during my time in the Control Dept.and always enjoyed working with her. A smile was her trademark, She always seemd so upbeat. I remember she was very health conscious and would often see her discreetly reach under her desk and pull out the little baggie of sliced carrots for a nutrious snack during the day. So sad she is no longer longer with us. RIP.
