Victoria Campbell

Victoria Campbell

Tori was a great friend who loved life and lived to the fullest. She battled a brain tumor for two years. Many from the class of 89 attended her funeral in Winter Park.

Not a day goes by I don't think of Tori and the fun we had on and off the soccer field. I can still hear her calling me a nerd. She was a great friend and funny as hell. I miss her terribly but know she is in a better place and cancer free.

Tory was always so upbeat, even as she was fighting her battle with cancer. I have tons of fun memories with Tory, and with Kevin Fowler. Most of them revolve around our very important racquetball tournaments, and then just wasting time together. God bless her family...

I never did understand the whole Kevin/Victoria thing but she was a great/strong and smart person. Her mom was a terrific and structured teacher and my heart stays with her family for their loss over the past 20 years.

I admired Tori & her spirit. She always made us laugh & I loved her sarcastic humor :) Our talks inspired me & left me laughing. I so enjoyed the classes we took together. And most of all I loved spending time at church with her.
May she always be young
She will always be loved

I am so sorry if my comment upset anyone. I loved Victoia and Kevin and thought they both were great people. I just meant I thought they would date and stay together forever because they seemed so close all the time. As always love to the family.

Tori always made me laugh. I remember when we were roommates at the UCF soccer camp she talked my mom into driving up to our dorm room with a TV to watch and Pop Tarts to eat, all because she wanted to sleep in and didn't want to get up to go to the cafeteria. We stayed up all night watching a scary show about dorm rooms as we were staying in a dorm room. What we we thinking? Tori had an amazing spirit. I think of her often and I miss her. God Bless you Tori. Keep the angels laughing.

Tori was one of my best friends. I think of her so often and time has truly not dampened my memories of her. I still miss her.

She was so funny and unafraid of saying what was on her mind. I will never forget my first memories of her--she sat behind me in 6th grade and she used to take her tennis shoes and scrape her feet on the metal stand beneath my chair, solely to irritate me. Once she decided she liked me she used to invite me to Eastbrook to play all make and manner of games with all her boy friends (Dave, Mike, Kevin, John, and so on). Tori was good fun.

She had the most natural blonde hair I'd ever seen and the bluest eyes (next to my father's eyes). She loved to tease me and even chew me out when I was out of line. Even our fights were memorable.

Twenty years later, I can still say that I've never seen someone else who faced their own illness with the strength and peace that she did. Tori never cried pitifully for herself. I still have not learned some of the lessons she knew when she left this earth so many years ago.
