WAUKESHA - Troy D. Seffinga of Waukesha, born in Hayward on June 14, 1962, the son of Chester and Shirley (nee Rich) Seffinga, died Monday, Oct. 8, 2001, at home at age 39. He was a member of St. William Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his mother.
Troy will be sadly missed by his wife, Terri (nee Weber), whom he married Sept. 3, 1988; his sons, Matthew, Ryan and Charlie; his father, Chester of Couderay; his sister, Cindy (Don) Grindheim of Kaukauna; and other relatives and friends.
In Waukesha, a funeral Mass for Troy was held Thursday at St. William Catholic Church, with the Rev. Leonard Barbian officiating.
In Durand, a funeral service for Troy will be held at 2 p.m. today, Oct. 12, at the Rhiel Funeral Home, 615 12th Avenue East; the Rev. Alan Wirzba will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home today from noon until the time of the service. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery in Durand.
