Lori Steadman

Well I worked for a few years in the grocery business. I actually worked for Patty Nelson's family, until they sold their store in Meredith as a meat cutter. With the new owners I became the produce manager. I got sick of that, and a few years later, I went to work taking care of the elderly at an elderly share home. I did everything from cooking and cleaning to their personal care. While I was there I went to school to be an EMT, and did that as a volunteer until the home went out of business. I then worked full time as an EMT with Lords Ambulance in Wolfeboro for two years. I got tired of the 48 hour shifts and the travel because I was living in Tilton, NH at the time. So, I volunteered for the fire department there, and my full time job was remodeling and painting houses.
I am know working at the Laconia Hospital. I am the housekeeper in the emergency room and I love it!

The only thing I can think of that I remember from high school is the bus rides to all our sporting events; great memories and some long and late nights. Also the dances, and the great get-ogethers with Jeanne and Gretchen. Hanging out with Rick Drew, Eddie Shannon and Danny in Ossipee, especailly at the haunted pond. I could write forever about the great times I had at KRHS, and how much I miss it and my friends.
