Anne, our one and only date was the Senior Prom. I don't know how I got up the courage to ask you. To me you were the most pretty and special girl in the world.

Joe, very nicely stated ... she was such a wonderful person.  Totally by coincidence, I met her nephew Chris ...  at "The Bistro" yesterday (Monday) when I went back to pick up something I had left behind Sat night.  He was one of the bartenders Saturday.  Misty-eyed, upon reflection, I remembered her to him - with utmost fondness.

Ann was such a dear friend.  Without her, I would have struggled through 9th grade math with Mr Tractenberg...I think.  Just seeing her face make me sad.

I had the pleasure of furthering our high school friendship in our adult life. After college, Annie and I worked together until her illness at the VA Surical Intensive Care Unit. Her personality helped to make her patients love her as well as her colleagues. She brought many smiles and hearty laughter to all who knew her. Her life was John, her husband and Meghan, her daughter. She was a sweet, genuine person who made her mark on many lives, including my own.                 Barbara Dixon
