For years I had tried to find Jim. The last time we spoke was in 79, when Al Jung got married. I finally tracked him down a few years ago. At the time he told me that he was aware of where I had been. He purposely stayed out of site.  We had a great conversation. At that time he told me his health was not good. He was working for Chicago University as their Interim Financial Aid Director.

Whenever the group, Chicago played, I would think of Jim. I am glad that I had that conversation. Take care Jim.

Sad news to hear about big Jim's earthly departure.
Met him only during my 1 year stay at Marian, a true friend. He was big in size and had a huge heart!
He left a fantastic and always positive impression of a truly great friend!
Thank you Jim!!!!!

I remember when Karen Gummerson threw a pen at Jim and it stuck in his forehead.

I went to grade school, high school and college with Jim.  He was a good friend, even when he threw a clock radio at me in college.  We stayed in touch for quite awhile, but after I had kids we lost contact.  Sorry to hear of his passing.
