Hey Sully... if you start singing "Do you really want to hurt me" you may not like the answer to that question... and not all cheese ages well my old friend (and I mean old as in we've known each other for so long of course... *snicker snicker*)
Donna, what song will you be singing for us? My list has been put together and I'll be ready to go!!!!!!!!Looking forward to the gathering at Ken Chin's before the Big Event!!!!!!!!!!
Is Ken Chin's even open still?? Dear God if they are I'll take a large order of cheese monas!!! Some people are addicted to heroin, I'm addicted to deep fried cheese and pork!!!...and scorpian bowls!
Yes they are still open and they recently renovated their bar. The rest of the place is still a disaster zone but the cheeze mona's are so yummy!!!!!!!! It's a cool place to hang out and have a drink. I hope to see you there!!!!!!!!
David, I can be drunk with two shots! Eric, I'll have two woo woo's please. Karen when are you going to Ken Chins...I'll be up there Tuesday or Wednesday....gotta practice!!!!LOL
Sully! I'm looking a a new vehicle (no really!) and was actually hopiong you and Kim would spring for my ticket and some gas money to get me up there....
At least this time I didn't spend a work day reviewing all this truly great stuff! I'm just losing a little sleep.
I had not found the time to read the forum since February.
I was reading this stuff laughing out loud. The whole Free Blow Jobs thing on Gates Lane School! Man, Mr. Stewart was a trip. Does anyone else remember him out on the fence at Gates Lane doing standing pushups? That guy sure did like himself.
I'm right there with, I'm sure, most everyone about Mr. Quagleri. I would just hope against hope someone else screwed up worse than me. Remember him walking between rows of desks and tripping over a spec of paper?
Here's something someone may remember. I recall Tim Coonan having some "issue" with some girl in the coat room in, I want to say, 6th grade. I want to say it was Karen Brown. Some petting sort of thing... unwelcomed maybe.
Eric, I wish I could deny the whole "swinging road kill" (post #156) in some empty lot near Columbus Park School but I can't. It was a memory that was completely gone, and now it's back. Thanks!
I just wish I lived closer, I was one of those Lyman St. kids that Betsy mentioned. I missed a lot.
Man, this is going to be a memorable weekend.
Rich, I hope you're up to making the trip. It would be great to see you again.
John Maloney, I hope you can drag Mike Coffey to the reunion.
I saw Richie Wilson about a year ago. He owns a wholesale tropical fish place very close to Higgins Armory. My brother has done some business with him. I'll try to reach out to him again and see where that goes. He was not much of an internet kinda guy either.
Man I am still laughing at the prostate jokes. I hope everyone has a great Memorial Day and is getting plenty of rest for that Ken Chins party. Do they still make a Scorpion Bowl for 6?
Tickets are booked and flight is set, all I need now is to figure out how to deal with the flashbacks... I hope it won't be like Chuck Norris in all those Vietnam movies. High School was hell it's kinds like High School Musical, Wasn't someone always singing in Open Campus?
Not like today where they teach you how to make shivs and will teach you about huffing, not huffy's.
Anyone explain to their kids that we are the last of the analog generation, We had to dial a phone, had only UHF/VHF, Taped songs on the radio (FM was new), I better stop I'm making myself feel like my parents. I wonder what our kids will be explaining to their kids, We had a Black President, Cars run on electricity, Homes are solar powered, We have a way to communicate across great distances, (interet, CB, Phone, Ham Radio, Smoke)
Thats awesome Rich!!! can't wait to see you! Send me details on flights and all that crap! Erics having car trouble so....and please don't get over excited "E", first shots on me!!! That goes for you too Kim!
Hi Betsy, I'm looking forward to seeing you at Ken Chins at 5:30!!!!! It will be nice to catch up after all these years! Is anyone else up for this gathering????
