Steve passed away in 1970 unexpectedly. Steve was a great guy with a wicked sense of humor that still puts a smile on my face. He was my first friend to leave this world and it wouldn't be until the 90's before it happened again. I can still picture him in that 1953 Chevy and his warnings to me to "slow the F down" as we cruised Cottman Ave. in one of my muscle cars. It's 44 years later and I never forgot.
