Klement Zilka

Bensalem - Clement Zilka, 75, passed away suddenly on February 6, 2022, at home in Bensalem, PA. He was born on June 7, 1946, in Philadelphia, PA to Clement and Olga Zilka. Clem grew up in Cheltenham, PA. He graduated from Cheltenham High School in Philadelphia County, PA in 1964. After high school he joined the US Army serving as a Communications Specialist with the 126th Mountain Battalion. Clem was awarded National Defense Service Medal. He was a self-employed electrician for many years. He enjoyed gardening, pleasure boats and was an avid aviation enthusiast and a member of AOPA, most recently serving as Treasurer of Trenton-Mercer Hangar Association.

Clem is survived by Zoya (Carl) Schnabel of Cochise, AZ; niece Alycia E. Kohl (Michael) of Telford, PA; nephew John C. Felgenhauer of Telford, PA. Clem was preceded in death by his parents. A private memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial donations be made to American Heart Association. www.heart.org
