I adored Shepard. He truly was my very best friend in high school and early college years. Our special place to hang out was Churchill’s in the Korvettes shopping center. I was broken hearted to learn of his passing. He was one of a kind...a wonderful listener, great adviser, funny, sweet, gentle and kind. I connected with one of his daughters, after learning of his death and enjoyed sharing memories with her about her amazing dad. RIP my friend. Love you always, Judi *
Who could forget Shep's motor scooter? Yes he was a good friend and always great to be with. We lost touch while at Pitt, but the good remains. Truely missed.

Passed away in 2014. Beautiful story on web about his career in sports
marketing and representation of ice skaters including Michelle Kwan.
