I'm shocked and saddened to hear of Emily's passing. She was a wonderful person that I remember always having a smile on her face and a bounce in her step. May her memory be a blessing.🙏🙏🙏💔💔💔

So sorry to hear that. I didn't know Emily well but I always admired her because she was so cheerful, active,  and full of spirit. My sympathies to her family.

Words can not express the sadness that Emily's passing brings. I have been praying for her and hoping that this day would not come so soon. Her humor and wit were part of the special time we experienced at CHS. I hope that her family will find comfort knowing that Emily is now at peace. Bless you Emily, your memory will live on with your friends.

I last saw Emily at our 50th. She was always a bright spirit for all of us. She was my neighbor since I arrived at Shoemaker Elem. in 3rd grade. We all pray for her and her family. She is loved, eternally.

I, too, remember Emmy - since Shoemaker - for her spirit and kindness.

She sat behind me in Mr. Olsen's homeroom class in CHS (Starobin, Stein, etc.) She worked hard with Young Democrats for Johnson back in the days.

May her memory be a blessing to all.

I also chatted with Emily at the 50th reunion. We shared many experiences growing up in school and at Rodeph Shalom in religious school, so it was nice to reconnect with her. I remember her as a very postive force, a great athlete, and a very pleasant. I don't remember the specifics of our conversation at the reunion, but she was very upbeat about her illness and focused on finding meaning in every day. A good model for us all. Condolences to family and all her friends and classmates whom she touched.

I will always remember Emily for being kind to the new kid at school

I am so saddened by our loss. I would often bump into Emily at the Acme in Jenkintown

and we would reconnect. Emily remembered everything. I wish I had taken notes.
