PIOTROWSKI, STANLEY Stanley A. Piotrowski, age 65, of Byron Center, passed away at his home on Saturday, April 5, 2014 following a courageous battle with cancer. Stanley retired from General Motors 36th St. Plant and was a proud UAW Member. He was an old car enthusiast and loved to fly airplanes. He was also a life member of the NRA, and a strong supporter of the Second Amendment. He will be lovingly remembered by his wife, Misook; his sons, Scott Piotrowski and Jason (Kris) Piotrowski; grandchildren, Abigail, Lelani, Ashtyn, Sophia, Isabel, Angelena, Madelyn, Kayleigh, Kavan; step-son, Robert (Mailee) Samuel; step-daughter, Nena Samuel; his mother, Dorothea Komarchuck, sister, April Venable; and numerous relatives and friends. The funeral service will be held 11 AM Thursday, April 10, at Stroo Funeral Home, with Chaplain Carol Flietstra officiating. The family will greet relatives and friends on Wednesday from 2-4 and 6-8 PM and Thursday, one hour prior to the service at: STROO FUNERAL HOME 1095 68TH ST. SE
