Susan L. Martin, age 58, of Wyoming, went home on Thursday, September 4, 2008. Born on October 15, 1949 in Grand Rapids to Stanley and Phyllis Ripley, she was a graduate of Lee High School and worked for the Blue Care Network. She was preceded in death by her parents; and a sister, Judi Ripley. Surviving are three brothers, David Ripley and Ted Ripley, both of Wyoming, Philip Ripley of Saranac; a sister, Pat VerHey of Greenville; a niece, Leighann (Craig) Wondergem; a nephew, Kurt DeVries; great nieces Madi and Ellie Wondergem; and great nephew, Ryan DeVries.

Honoring Sue's wishes, cremation has taken place and no services will be held. Memorial contributions are suggested to Gilda's Club, where Sue found strength and comfort. The family extends special thanks to the Blue Care Network for their never ending support throughout Sue's battle with cancer, and to Metron of Greenville for their care in her final days.
