Lynda Barnes

I have a degree in nursing from YVCC. I spent about 8 years working at St. Elizabeth Medical Center in the late 80's/early 90's and have worked in south Texas and Arkansas. I have currently been working for Providence REgional Medical Center Everett for 12 years - currently Unit Supervisor (think 'Assistant Nurse Manager'). My career has been in Emergency Medicine. I have 2 grown children (Jimi, age 24 and Chelsea, age 21) and my first grandchild was born Sept. 30, 2009. Glenn's daughter, Rebekah, age 14, lives with us half time.
We spend time snowmobiling, scuba-diving, motorcycling and hanging out on our boat. I am returning to school to work on my Bachelor's in Nursing.

My favorite memories of school are the marching band with Mr, Duff, the school plays (ByeBye Birdie and The Unsinkable Molly Brown) and biology class with Mr. "Bugs" Bongers. And of course the trip to Hawaii with the band and flag team!!
