RICHLAND - Troy Carroll, 47, passed away peacefully at home after a short battle with heart disease on February 9, 2009.

Troy was born October 17, 1961 in Yakima, Washington. He attended Eisenhower High School and Washington State University. Troy had a great sense of humor. He always looked out for his brothers and sisters. He loved his dog Lucy. He was a storyteller, artist and humorist.

Troy is survived by his mother, Pat Carroll, of Yakima; his sisters, Terri Suzuki of Bothell, Tammi Sargent of E. Wenatchee, Tracie Brown of Yakima; brother, Tim Carroll of E. Wenatchee; nieces and nephews, Stephanie, Clayton, Arielle, and Trevor, Cord, Jaxx, Jared and Haley.

He was preceded in death by his dad, Lester Carroll and a niece, J. Ashley Morgan.

Visitation and viewing will be held from 12:00 noon until 5:00 p.m. Sunday and 3:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Tuesday at the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, February 18, 2009 at the Keith & Keith Ninth Avenue Chapel. Concluding services and burial will follow at Terrace Heights Memorial Park.
