Yes, I still miss her. She was one of my homegirls from the best elementary school in the county, Bartlett Yancey Elem. I had that she had to leave us so early. It's almost like she was sacrificed to open other teenagers eyes. I know she's in a more peaceful place (really) than we are. Rest in Peace Amy. You are missed.
RIP Amy! We had went to school with each other since Kindergarten and rode the bus everyday together!! She was truly missed during High School!! And was a tragedy!! She will be missed by the Blanch Purely and Yanceyville communities!!
I remember having Health/PE at Dillard with Amy. She was a beautiful person inside and out. She always had something nice to say to us and even took the time to show us how to put on makeup(even though we were'nt suppose to wear it). I did'nt know her for long, but I do cherish those few memories. We love you Amy...Darlene
Amy was a great friend to me. I think of her very often. She was my homeroom buddy in 8th & 9th grade. I had talked to her on the phone just minutes before her car accident. She was my son's age when she passed away. I know how devastating it was for me to loose her, but as a parent, I cannot even begin to imagine that loss.
