Boy do I remember Chad but I liked to call him Chadburnt he was annoying in school to me but his life ended as a tragedy. My father graduated with Chad's father and we both attended their funeral and it felt a little creepy for me. At times Chad silly jokes were funny okay!

I remember Chad as a very annoying guy, But I also remember him as being everyone's friend. He cut up every chance he got. Now that i can look back his spirits were always high which i can realize now that im older. I wonder would he be the same today.

Chadburn Johnson. What can I say? I grew up with Chadburn. We had been together since Oakwood Elem. School. Yes, he was annoying at times, but the sweetest person ever. I especially remember us being in church (Ebenezer Baptis)together, and yes he was even worsome there. But boy do I had that his life ended the way it did, for him and his family. He even disected the frog for me and my cousin Wendy, in Mr. Majette's Biology class. Big Ups to Chadburn. May you rest in peace, and you truly are missed.

RIP Chad! If I am not mistaken I think I had Chadburn for every English class from 8th to 12th. I remember him and David Coles, and Gerald Corbett annoying every English teacher. I can close my eyes and see what was one of the saddest days of my life when I attendend his funeral. I couldn't believe it. God took away an angel at such an early age.

Rest in Peace cousin. I will always remember that chubby little boy when we were kids running around. Boy how time flies but memories stay forever. Everytime I think of how he used to smile so big, I just laugh. What I wouldn't give to see that smile today.

May you rest in sweet peace Chadburn. I can see you now working that frog for Mr. Majette's class. I and my cousin Charmeka were not trying to disect that frog but he stepped right up and stood in that gap for us. I have fond memories of Chad and I know he touched our lives in some way or another. God bless and keep you!

We went to school together from K-12th!! He was a great friend at School over the years!! Even though I can remember us geting into lots of trouble in elementary school, we were just being boys!! LOl!! He had worked hard on and off the football field to prepare his self for the future! God had other plans!! He will be truly missed by me and all the community in Blanch and Yanceyville!! When that happened I open the year Book and Ironically Chad is on the Front page of our yearbook!! So im glad he had the pleasure to see himself in the front of his class yearbbok!!!

I knew Chad most of my life. His mom and my mom worked together. His mom would bring Chad over to play. Chad always had a smile on his face no matter what and he wanted you to feel the same kind of joy he did. He would do what ever it took to make you smile. We took that friendship onto High School and we had a ball. David Cole, Gerald Corbett, Earl McLaughlin and Herbert Purcell all used to trip out with Chad in class. Chad was truely one of GOD's Angels that touched our lives. RIP!!

I did not know Chadburn as well as most of you but we did share a few laughs. One thing that I do remember is I never saw the boy mad. Chad always had a smile on his face. I don't know how much of that is from the fact that we did not hang out or he was always smiling because he knew he was going to a better place a little faster than the rest of us. God Bless.

Chad was a good person. I can also remember him being a a pain in our younger years, but he became a good friend as we got older. I actually saw him a few days before he was in the accident that took his life. It was the year we graduated if I recall correctly, a couple days after Christmas I'll always remember how happy he was that night. Life is so short and should never be taken for granted.
