Very strict and scary teacher.  I still remember that pointer.

How I agree with Margo. My hands still ache when its cold. The steel rulers were tough on the knuckles.

John Berchtold (1968)

scared to death of not knowing my poems.....

She was very mean!

Larry Mazzenga (1966)

Went up and down the aisle slapping everybody for not doing their homework - accidentally slapped someone who HAD done his homework, and said "Sorry .... wrong boy!" ...  then kept on going ...

Lea Lampone (Petitti) (1964)

Because my hair was "teased" and too high for a good Catholic girl, Sister Savina took me in the hallway and put my head under the water fountain.  I had to sit all day in 8th with a wet head!  Scary, by today's standards!!
