Mr. Hezekiah Heyward was born on July 20, 1959, in Charleston, South Carolina to Apostle Joyce M. Gordon and the late Mr. Richard Heyward.  He departed this life on September 19, 2018.  Hezekiah attended the public schools in Charleston County and was a graduate of Baptist Hill High School Class of 1979.  He was a member of St. James Holiness Church of Deliverance in Ravenel, South Carolina.  Hezekiah was employed as a Home Construction Painter.

Hezekiah leaves to cherish loving memories: his sons, Hezekiah Hutchinson (Tyniqua) and Trio Hutchinson; his mother, Apostle Joyce M. Gordon; sister, Elder Yvonne H. Wigfall; brother, Kevin D. Heyward (Shelia); four grandchildren, Victoria Green, La’Kayla Green, Ma’Kayla Green, and Beautiful Te’ziah Simmons; sister-in-law, Margaret Heyward; one loving and devoted niece, Shavonne O. Wigfall; five nephews, CW2 Arnold Heyward, Jr., (Ret) (Sasha), Lt. Col. Georgereece J. Wigfall, Antonio Heyward, Andre’ D. Wigfall (Rene’), and Kelvin Heyward; five aunts, two uncles, and a host of cousins and friends.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Arnold Heyward.
