JOHN M. PORINCHAK

BOARDMAN – Private services were held for John M. Porinchak, 61, who passed away Saturday, July 5, 2014.

John was born Dec. 19, 1952, in Youngstown, the son of John and Theresa (Wagner) Porinchak. He was a 1970 graduate of Cardinal Mooney High School and attended Youngstown State University.

John worked for RPC Electronics and American General Insurance. He enjoyed artistic painting, reading, playing guitar and doing crossword puzzles.

John will always be remembered by his two sons, Daniel J. Porinchak Russo (Fred Romeo) of Columbus and John M. Porinchak Russo (fiancé Rebecca Mesmer) of Boardman; grandson Giovanni Russo of Boardman; three sisters, Juanita (Tim) Landers of Mobile, Ala., Judi Fisher of Ft. Wayne, Ind., and Joanne (Jim) Colbrun of Liberty; former wife, Connie (Bill) Russo-Dudley of Boardman; and numerous nieces and nephews.
