Claudia J. (Rivers) Patterson, 77, of Grove City, passed away on Sunday, April 7, 2024.
She was born in Butler on Dec. 2, 1946, to the late Claude Rivers Jr. and Eleanor (Arnold) Rivers. Claudia graduated from Butler High School in 1964 and later graduated from the Clarissa School of Fashion Design in 1966. She was a lifelong manager of the bakery/deli departments at Kroger, Giant Eagle and County Market.
In addition to spending time with her family, Claudia loved scratch-off tickets, bingo and going to the casino. She also loved sewing, planting flowers and decorating for the holidays. She is loved and forever missed.
She was the mother of Lisa (Sam) Frishkorn and Jamie Brandon; sister of Terri Earhart; grandmother of Samantha, Shane, Morgan and Sophie; great-grandmother of David and Landon; and aunt of Blake and Michael Campbell.
PATTERSON - All services for Claudia J. (Rivers) Patterson, who died Sunday, April 7, 2024, were held privately through SPENCER D. GEIBEL FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES, 140 New Castle Road, Butler.
