Willie passed away February  27, 2001 at the age of 58, and was living in Providence KY.

He was preceded in death by his Father, James.  He is survived by his Mother, Marie Brown Spencer, his wife Linda, one daughter, Elizabeth, one son, Jim, and  a brother James and one grand child.

He was employed by the Kentucky Department of Transportation.
