Pouliott, Lorettann (Bull) "Dutchess" TROY Lorettann "Dutchess" (Bull) Pouliott, 66, of Fifth Avenue died Friday, April 22, 2011, at St. Mary's Hospital after a brief illness. Born in Troy, she was daughter of the late William E. Bull and Rita Lasher Bull and wife of the late Joseph E Pouliott. She had resided in Troy all her life, and was a graduate of Troy High School and Hudson Valley Community College. Mrs. Pouliott was a homemaker. Survivors include her children Mary A. Gipe, Glens Falls, Joseph E. (Tonya J.) Pouliott Jr., Troy, and Tonya M. Stewart, Clifton Park; her grandchildren, Joseph A., Hannah, Andrew, Ethan, Douglas, Jennifer and Cassandra; a brother, Thomas Bull, Conn.; a sister, Rita Davis, Fla., and several nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brother, William Bull; and a long time companion, Kenneth Harrington. Relatives and friends may call at the Bryce Funeral Home, Inc. 276 Pawling Avenue, Troy, on Monday, from 7-9 p.m. Funeral service will be held Tuesday, at 9 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Miguel Crespo, of the Joy of Troy Church, officiating. I was both surprised and sad to see this notice.   I knew Loretta and her husband well.  They were very good people and very kind individuals.   Rest in peace my friends I will remember you always.
