Hoffman, William E. CLIFTON PARK William E. Hoffman, 74 of Clifton Park and formerly of Troy, entered into eternal life on Tuesday, February 1, 2022, after a brief illness. Born in Troy, he was the son of the late Elbert and Genevieve Keyes Hoffman. Mr. Hoffman retired from the New York State Department of Labor after many years of service. He is survived by his sister, Elizabeth Hoffman; and special friend, Kimberly Moran. In addition to his parents, he was predeceased by his sister and brother-in-law, Margaret (Paul) Ruggeri. He is also survived by his nieces, Rachel (John) Meadows, Rebekah (Jake) Stone; and three great-nephews, Adam, Andrew and Marshall. In following with Bill's wishes, funeral services will be private.
