I have been Elementary Secretary at Alma for 27 years. In 1991 I became an EMT and have worked as a volunteer with the Alma Ambulance since then. Dave has been at Dairyland Power since 1976 and continues to enjoy hunting,fishing, and anything outdoors. He is also on the Alma Fire Dept. for the last 24 years. We have 2 dogs, a sweet little Yorkie and an awesome Black Lab. We have been blessed with 3 daughters and 5 grandkids and manage to see them all quite often. Starting to look forward to retirement and spending more time at our cabin on Lake Superior and doing some traveling.We are making plans to go on another Alaska Cruise (land & sea) in July 2010. Anybody want to join us?

Of course Cindy and I skipping school and going to Winona for the day. We were so stupid to drive past the school on the way and I think it was Mr. Iverson who saw us and reported us.

Another time Feathers, Spider, and I decided to skip out of last hour Chorus since we knew that Millie Benjamin would never miss us. Ha! We went out the back door and walked around the back of the building - as if the elementary teachers wouldn't see us from their windows! We went one way and Mr. Freeze came the other way and caught us! He shagged us all inside. Then Mr. Martzke gave us each a good talking to, one by one. Still laughing over that one.
