Played basketball @ Brevard College on a scholarship, which was a 2 yr school at the time, then I transferred to Western Carolina and decided to go into nursing in which I didn't get in to the program so I transferred again to Lenoir Rhyne College. Came home to go to my friends wedding and met the grooms brother and have been together ever since. Oh! I Graduated from Lenoir Rhyne College in Hickory with a BSN, came back home and went to work at District Memorial Hospital until it closed, got married April 4th 1998 to James Hall from Robbinsville. We started a family in December 1999 with our first son, Baylee. We had another son, Landyn, in 2002. They are two handsome boys, they are 9 and 6. I worked for Dr. Roper for four years and am now currently working at Marble at the Cherokee County Indian Clinic for the Cherokee Indian tribe. I still love sports! I coached basketball this year for my boys basketball team and they did well 5 wins and 3 losses, I had a blast coaching them. So, today its work and play with the kids. They are in to every sport. (maybe like their mom!) I also help with the kids group at church.(Andrews United Methodist Church) It is very rewarding. My family is still here except my parents travel to Ft. Myers Beach for 6 months in the winter. My sister Tammi is married to David Queen from Andrews and have a 2 1/2 year old precious little girl (Kinleigh) and a boy on the way. Life is good!!!

School Story:

Sports were the high life of my school days and I still miss it when I go watch the high school play any sport. We had an alumni game several months back which was a lot of fun, but I was sucking wind..I know why Solesbee run us to death! My kids and husband were cheering me on to RUN STOP WALKING. But, I was doing my best! We did win this year. Shondas get togethers were also alot of fun. The proms were a blast. Just hanging out in the halls, pep rallies, lake parties, so many great memories. I run in to Mrs. English from time to time, she was a hard but great teacher, she made me pretty good in algebra. Life goes by too fast, enjoy every minute!
