Mark and I played Little League Baseball together on the Yankees and we won the league championship as 12 year olds. He was a very good guy and I am truly sorry to hear of his passing.

Mark was the nicest guy. Always made me feel like he cared. We hung around some at good old Coles.

Mark Lyons, one of the cutest boys I can remember in 9th grade. Mark was one of the main reasons that the Putnam girls crossed into the Coles territory and hung out down around Hilton Avenue and the park. He was so sweet and everyone that knew him back then just loved him. Melanie Lucas “went steady” with him in 9th grade and that is how I became good friends with him. He had a smile that would just melt your heart. I remember when he passed, and even today, finding it very sad that his beautiful smile is no longer with us.

Not only his smile, but those gorgeous big green eyes. Mark was a gentle spirit and I'm proud to have known him since Crabbe.

I had a crush on Mark like so many other girls in high school. He was sweet, fun, and so cute! I am so sad to hear he is no longer with us in person and won't be there this summer. You are missed Mark.

I hung out with Mark alot during Crabbe and Coles days. We lived on Hilton Avenue a few blocks apart. We spent a lot of time at the park and the bowling alley. We use to sneak the old vw bug I had out at nite by rolling it out of the yard and popping the clutch. We just drove it up and down the alleys. He was a great artist and a very good friend. Ill always miss him.

Mark is the only reason I even added myself to class profiles.

I truly loved Mark, he and I spent long times on the phone at night. When he had a serious illness and was in the hospital, I sent him cards to let him know that someone really cared. I am truly sadden by his death, Ihope he had alot of happiness in his short life.
