Pam Cudahy (Savage) - Class Of 1977

AUBURN | Pamela A. Cudahy Savage, 53, the wife of Dr. Doug Savage, of 20 Grove Ave., Auburn, passed away peacefully Tuesday, May 7, 2013 at her home, surrounded by her loving friends and family. Born in Auburn, she was a graduate of Auburn High School Class of 1977. Being gifted athletically, Pam enjoyed participating in sports. Pam’s creativity and strong will led to her founding and operating “The Printery,” a very successful local business. As a local business owner, Pam was a pillar of the Auburn community. Her infectious smile and gregarious personality allowed everyone who came in contact with her, to be considered a friend. Amongst all the successful businesswomen in the city, she was voted Business Woman of the Year in 2004. Pam volunteered her time and services to many organizations including The Great Race and the American Heart Association. She also donated her time at her daughter Hanna’s school, Bishop Verot Catholic School in Fort Meyers, Fla. Considered a “mother to so many,” Pam will be remembered as having a heart of gold and serving as a role model to those who knew her. She was a faithful parishioner of Sacred Heart Church.

In addition to her husband, Dr. Doug Savage, Pam is survived by one son, Ryan Crawford, of Auburn; two daughters, Mackenzie Crawford, of Philadelphia and Hanna Flaherty, of Fort Meyers, Fla.; her parents, Jack and Jessie Trinca Cudahy, of Auburn; two brothers, Michael Cudahy, of Saratoga Springs, N.Y. and John Cudahy, of Buffalo; one sister, Sara Colvin and her husband, Steven, of Auburn; several loving nieces, nephews, and cousins. Pam was predeceased by Stephen Crawford, the father of Ryan and Mackenzie.

Friends are invited to join the family for a Mass of Christian burial to be offered by the Rev. Michael Brown, at 10:30 a.m. Saturday in Sacred Heart Church. Burial will be in St. Joseph’s Cemetery. Calling hours for Pam will be conducted from 3 to 7 p.m. Friday in Sacred Heart Church, Melrose Road, Auburn. Arrangements are by the Cheche Funeral Home Inc., Auburn.
