i went to Carmel with Toni and then ahs,(71) she and i were pretty shy then but i liked her cause she was different from most everyone , that was had to be back then. i assume -and hope- she stayed that way.she had a nice and gentle way about her and i liked that. i was sad to hear of her passing and sympathies to her family

Toni and I were best friends in college at CCC. I can't believe she is gone. This was very sad news for me to learn,  for I will miss her light so much. She was brilliant and so very talented. Rest in peace my friend.
