Kim Cohee Shoemaker

I got married in 1990 divorced in 1995 and had a stroke in the year 2000 decided to go back to school to get my degree in Hospitality and open my own business. That is my plan.My dad passed away that year. The year 2000 was not kind to us.. I moved away for 3 years. Then I came back to raised my kids here. They are my biggest accomplishments in my life. They are all good kids. I'm so glad I have a chance to watch them grow...I am a soccer mom and loving every minute of it between work, school, and soccer schedules. It is wonder I need Calgon to take me away!! lol

My favorite high school story it was my first year at Beaufort High (10th grade) I met Gray Bateman and a whole bunch of other people we ended up making plans to go to Sean's party which by the way got busted by the cops... we all were running through the woods we got caught.. I think we were all grounded and forbidden to see each other lol. About five of us were all in a room where they told us they have to call our parents and the only thing I was thinking that my mom was going to be livid my dad was overseas and of course, I got into trouble my dad said you're grounded for 5 months!!!My mom asks why do you wait until your dad is out of the country to do stupid things? lol. Of course my being a kid I just shrugged my shoulders and said I don't know Boy, we all had a story to tell Monday morning at school.lol
