My school life was TOTALLY different from my life now.
I had a few bumps in the road, but it was all a(n) learning experience, and I thank god for it. It made me WISER , than anything i can ever imagine.
Through trials and tribulation comes strength. I am definitely the beauty of strength.. far more than what i had to be.
Though i miss high school , and occasionally bump into some of my old classmates on MYSPACE (out of all places..lol), I wouldn’t change a thing in my life, as it mold me into the Sophisticated, Kind-hearted , Understanding, and Loving Black woman that I am today.

My most memorable experience at "the creek" was my graduation.. I was ready to get out into the world to experience bigger and better things...

Since graduation,
I went to Beaufort Tech College for General Business.

I decided a few years later that maybe it was time for me to move on to further my dreams and goals in life..

That brought me to Atlanta Ga.

Here i was able to go to school, while working.
I entered the IT field and have been in that field for 9 years.
I have worked for companies like Compaq (before merger), Bellsouth, VERSO, Via-Network.
Currently I am a Web-host tech for AT&T.

Although my quest for knowledge is on going in that field, the challenges are rewarding and fulfilling.

But I realized that life doesn’t stop here. I decided to follow ALL aspects of my gifts and dreams.
I have written my first book which is called "Destiny's Heart" which unfortunately has been pushed back to January.
But this will be the first of three that I will have out next year with the fourth out towards the end of the year.
I am in the process of taking acting classes, writing classes (to improve my skills).
I have also written several screen plays, and hopefully I can declare myself someday the female version of my idol TYLER PERRY.
I am also working on a clothing line, as well as other ventures.
It took me along time to realize that regardless of what ANYONE says, only you stand in the way of your destiny.
With that said, I pray that everyone is, has been, will be successful in whatever they choose to do in life..

BTW.. Look out for my book "Destiny's Heart" in January..
It will be available at Amazon.com, Borders book store as well as Barnes & Noble...
