**Yesterday, 06/19/2009 I received the good news that I was accepted into Leadership Beaufort from the Chamber of Commerce. The day before that was notified all three of my boys have been accepted to Sea Island School for the Arts and Academics. ***yeah!!
Hello Class of '94!! I'm glad to re-connect with old friends, and the possibility of making new ones! I've been working hard and playing even harder. God is good! I received With his blessings I was able to graduate again from USC with my second degree- Bachelor Science in Business Management. First one was Computer Science. I spend a lot of time out of town (Miami, Augusta, Charleston) and trying to get overseas more. I encourge everyone to travel and experience other cultures and not get locked into small town/small minded ways of thinking. My last overseas trip was Costa Rica for my birthday. Before that was Puerto Rico. Greece is on the docket. My friends and I frequent Miami a lot. Spent a few New Year's Eves in NY. 2008 was a good year for me. Received an award from the Beaufort Regional Chamber of Commerce for Employee of the Year. Then two months later in June received one from International Rotary, also Employee of the Year. Have been blessed to receive scholarships from the Business & Professional Women's Club, which I am a member. My sorority sisters (Beta Sigma Phi Epsilon Delta chapter) are also the greatest! I look forward to spending more time with them. I've been employed as a financial associate for 12 years, ten of which have been with A.G. Edwards/Wachovia Securities, which is now Wells Fargo advisors. The mergers have been lucrative and have allowed me to own two houses. One I rent out and one my boys and I live in, as well as a boat a few cars, my favorite being my convertible BMW Z3. My three boys are the greatest and doing very well for themselves. Not bad for a single mom ;) My oldest is very talented and he & his school came in second place in the state Chess tournament. He received and trophy and award certificate for having the highest GPA. My middle son is very smart and attends an exclusive school for the gifted and talented, and my baby (now 8 yrs old)is the perfect mix of his two older brothers!
