We farmed with my in-laws for a few years. Then spent 25 years with UPS and retired. Now I goof off a lot and try to look busy-otherwise my friends try to put me to work! Often I can be found in a combine or a tractor or in a friends bodyshop or his wrecker. We also operate a self storage facility. Barbara still works for the local school system-that way she doesn't see when I take an unscheduled nap!

I have many good memories of my 2 years in south Florida. I was treated better than I deserved-and I still smile when I recall the time a classmate behind me said to another (just loud enough to be sure I heard )"I was 10 years old before I learned that d--- and Yankee were 2 words". But then they treated me so well that I knew they were only teasing. Wish I could see them again!
