Steve and I went to the Senior Ball together. I'll never forget that special evening. We had dinner with another couple at his mother's lovely apartment. She had prepared an exquisite French meal that included not only delicious food, but a handwritten menu, and a lovely place setting. Steve was a perfect gentleman. I remember how active he was at Carlmont in all things journalistic. He was a very intelligent and mature young man, and I was so sorry to hear that he has passed on.
