Cal was the first friend that I had when we moved to California in 1955. We lived in an apartment on San Carlos Ave. very close to the street where he lived. We used to play basketball in his driveway after school and on the weekends. We hung out together until we moved to a permanent residence. He was a very true friend - I was shocked to here he passed when I attended the 30th Reunion.
