I waited 22 years to start college. I received my AA degree at Itawamba C.C. in 1992.This was the same year that my son graduated from high school and my daughter graduated from UNA. I was already on staff in the I.C.C. Library at that time. I retired there after 11 years to open my own floral business in Belmont. About a year after I opened it, Dwight was diagnosed with a grade 4 brain tumor. I closed the shop and am currently staying home with Dwight. He has passed the five year mark, but he still has a small tumor and will not be able to quit his chemo.
