Lifetime Benton resident, single mother of three , two of which are still in the nest, so to speak. I was a Benton class of 1990 member, having left early and married back in 1988... I later earned my diploma and went back to college and earned degrees in cosmetology and nail technology from PTC in 2006, currently a returning student working towards a degree in Science. Was married nearly 20 years, I am now happily devorced, lol.
I am also a proud new grandmother of lil Christopher Ryan Easter Jr., Haley's son.

Gosh it's been such a long time...Funny huh? Well, coming in the school in the morning passing the garbage cans, I always had so much hairspray on I didnt realize there were yellow-jackets in my hair till halfway thru Major Johnson's first period class I start histerically swatting and slapping myself upside the head, He then took me out in the hall to see what was the matter, lol.
...This was at BJH, formerly Eastside Jr. High.
I remember being at the last Cougar vs. Bulldog game, and everyone was crying cause we'd just lost the 'last' Eastside/Westside game. I believe that was the last game I ever went to I was so depressed. :(

Favorite memories would have to be the Military Ball in 1987 with my first love Jerry Don, and dancing with Col. Humphies and Mr.Nance...R.I.P. all of them.

And the best would have to be getting caught by Mr. Dedmon with Rachel Carson up on top of the high school roof, lol.
