Comments:

Since leaving BHS I attended Slippery Rock State College in Pa and Baldwin Wallace College. I graduated with a Bachelor of Science in 1975 and took a teaching job in Sydney Australia in the same year. I have been there ever since! I have enjoyed a rich and meaningful carreer teaching for over 34 YEARS now and now enjoy semi-retirement. I currently work teaching English to Chinese students between the ages of 12 and 22 who come to Australia during their school holidays. They are great fun and l enjoy every day. I also get to be their Tour Guide and share the Australian culture with them.

I have had many great experiences singing and performing with a vocal quartet. We have traveled around Australia to compete and have also been to Japan and New Zealand on tour. In Feb 2009 I performed at Carnegie Hall in New York City. I am currently working as a musical Director with The Gosford Musical Society and singing with a female vocal ensemble called Ms Behavin'. Trying to deal with repertoire, copyright, choreography and engagements for both groups keeps me busy.

My husband is from London and we have been fortunate enough to enjoy extensive travel adventures. This year, 2011, we did a cruise to Baltic regions with the highlight being St Petersburg in Russia and Swan Lake performed by the Bolshoi Ballet Company. We also fell in love with Tallinn Estonia and all of its upbeat and positive vibes, not bad after hundreds of years of oppression! The kids have all developed a love of travel to foreign ports, too.

Hi Pam! Happy birthday girl. Just remembering the fun we had with the Little Six in Jr high. Janis, Gail, Cindy, Linda(LK), Pam and Thayer. Not forgetting Julie, Dayle and Lori. In our wider group. So many creative and fun adventures!

Happy birthday Rob! You are as handsome as ever and I hope you are staying safe over the Christmas period. I happily reflect on meeting you at Bob Anderson's house even before I started at Berea High School (being an outsider from Middleburg Hts Jr High). Funny isn't it? Those schools have all combined so there is no rivalry in basketball or football games. I think I'd miss that! Best wishes for your birthday. We are staying safe and well here in Australia! Thayer

So sorry to hear of Tim's passing. I have lived overseas since high school and college  but he was my date for the Holly Hop in my junior year. I remember both Tim and Tina fondly.

What a wonderful and fulfilled life you have lived to date. It is nice that retirement still offers challenges and meaning. You have been a devoted Daughter, mother, grandmother, wife and friend. Everyone that knows you will have been touched by your humility and genuine personality. Wishing you more adventures and happiness along the way, dear friend!
