After grad. from Miami University, married my high school sweetheart Jackie Thomas (lucky man I am!). Got a Masters from CWRU and taught elementary school in Cleveland for 35 years. Ended up with 3 lovely (yes lovely, thank you Jackie) boys and daughter-in-laws, plus 4 grandkids (2 months thru 12 yrs.). Fortunately, Jackie and I share a love of dogs, movies, the occasional good tv (Breaking Bad!), progressive issues, spirituality, physical fitness, just about anything dealing with "the unexplained (yup... ufos, aliens, abductions, paranormal,etc.)" and physical fitness. I attend one Browns game a year with the boys (please pick Watkins in the '14 draft), excel and suck at golf usually during the same round. I look forward to seeing you all this May.

While walking the halls of Berea High School with Jackie, we were reprimanded for apparently walking to close to each other. When I contrast this incident with the stories Jackie told me about her experiences with high school students as a high school counselor during the early 2000's, it is easy to see things have changed,
