1. Nearly dying at Snowbird, Utah during the 1987 Woodward/WJ spring break trip and losing 1/2 the skin on my right thigh [still have the scars]. I don't think Ms. Folan even noticed....


2. Model UN 1987 - UVA

Sneaking into a fraternity party at the TKE house (raided in the mid 90s by the FBI) with Carlos Stagliano and Craig Brodsky[e.g. nerds on patrol].

Thinking I/we was/were the shiznitz until realizing that Julie Wood and Kim Gargano had been there for some time and that our feat wasn't that great.

Also on that trip, witnessing Mike Wyant almost getting thrown out by Ms. Levenbook because some asshole told her that he/we had a bottle of booz in the room. It didn't help that just as she's conceding to let it slip, Craig Brodsky starts accusing her of wanting to confiscate it for her own consumption....

3. Wondering why my folks never seemed to be out of town as much as Shirl and Gerson

4. Watching my parents sign for the certified letter from the State of Maryland in mid-April (@ 20 years to the day) stating that based on academic performance, I would not graduate. It was a Saturday and let's just say, no parking lot that night.

Getting the business from the folks for the next 36 hours until Monday morning when my father and I were in the WJ counselor's office. The counselor looks at the letter and realizes that they sent the letter to the wrong person.

My mother felt so guilty, she actually bought me a bouquet of roses.
