After graduating with a BS in Accounting from York College of PA in December 1992 I returned to Bethesda, MD. I had two jobs as an accountant in the private sector over the next six years. Meanwhile, I bought a house in Rockville in August 1998. Then, I began working as an accountant in April 1999 at the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC), a federal government agency. While here, I earned my Masters in Financial Management in December 2002. I have now been a Financial Analyst at the PBGC since November 2005. In between earning my Masters and becoming a Financial Analyst, I got married in September 2004. Another activity I got involved in starting in 2000 was running. I began training and ran the Marine Corps Marathon four times over the next 5 years. I ran some other races in addition to the marathons like a Half Marathon, 10 milers, 10K, and 8K. These days me and my wife are very active in our church as youth leaders, attending bible study, and singing in the choir.
