Personal History:
I was born in Gallion, Al. Family moved to Tuscaloosa, Ala in 1949. I attended Castle Hill and Thirty-second Avenue Elementary schools. Graduated from Druid High School 1965 and Tuskegee Institute in 1969. Worked for 8 years at Auburn University as analytical chemist in the fishery department, before getting a BS in Pharmacy from Auburn University. Work at the VA Hospital in Tuskegee first as a staff pharmacist and later as clinical pharmacist in the Nursing Home and out-patient. Retired 11-19-10 after 26 years. While at Tuskegee Institute, I met and married George T Gordon, we have been married for 42 years. We hope to out-do my parents, who at the time of Lee Sr's death in 2008 had been married for 62 years.
