After graduating I attended Alabama A&M for a year, did not like it, and returned home. I played around for a while at Lawson State Community College until realizing that it is time for me to finish something that i had started. I became pregnant and had my son JaKobe in 2002. I stayed off from work for about 2 years and decided to apply to the Lpn program at Bessemer State Technical College, were i graduated from in 2004. In 2006 I married my son father. Oh yes can you believe it, I'm married! While working as a licensed practical nurse for 3 years it was time for me to pursue my nursing career further, so applied for the RN program at Lawson State. While futhering my education I became pregnant again. I had my second and last son JaKari this year (2008). I am still in school, and I will be graduating from the RN program at Lawson State in December 08. That is what I've been up to since 1998. Well, i have completed my studies to become a RN on 12/14/08, Wish me luck on State Boards.
