Borah Alumni Scholarship

We are happy to announce that, thanks to all of you, we have donated $4000 to a scholarship set up specifically for Borah High! These funds were gathered during our 50th Reunion and will be administered by the Boise Public Schools Foundation for an "in-house scholarship" to be used by Borah Social Worker, Becky Woodland, for current Borah students in need of a little help. This scholarship will be used to help high needs, low-income students who really need help for things like backpacks, extra-curricular fees, shoes, school supplies, activity costs, and more. We look forward to hearing of the impact this donation might have in helping to provide kids with a better, more enjoyable learning experience at Borah.

What a wonderful legacy from the Borah Class of '75!  We will be challenging other Borah Alumni and reunion groups to match or beat our donation to continue to fund this scholarship in the future.

50th Reunion-We had a great time!

For those of you who joined us at our 50th Reunion, thank you! We hope you had as much fun as the reunion committee did! Feel free to email any input or comments to borah1975@gmail.com or via "Contact Us" on this website. We would love to hear your feedback. And to those who didn't make it to the reunion, we hope to see you next time!

Memorial Video-Several of you have asked for a copy of the Memorial video. Once you have logged into this website, click on the 50th Memorial Video tab on the upper left side of the homepage. You will find a link to the Memorial there. 

This touching video was created by Wendy (Taylor) Hartman and Anna (Wolfe) Wolfenbarger. And if that's not impressive enough, Wendy (and Ai) wrote the second song, "Memories of Gold and Green" which accompanies the video. Thank you Wendy and Anna!  As requested, we have posted the lyrics to "Memories of Gold and Green" on the 50th Memorial Video tab.  

Group Photos-Thank you also to Bruce Redman for wrangling us all and taking the group photos. Bruce has set up a Dropbox account for you to access the photos. Once you have logged into the website, click on the 50th Group Photos tab on the upper left side of the homepage. You will find the link to the Dropbox account there. We have also posted the 4 group photos on the 50th Group Photos tab. Enjoy!

We would like to encourage you to share your photos from the reunion in the Photo Gallery area of this website. Let's hope it's not another 10 years before we see each other again!
