Tom Kalous

I am a Software Product Manager by day and moonlight as a corporate consultant and educator on the side. I earned a Ph.D. in psychology in 1992 and dabbled in the mental health field for awhile. in 1999 I started my own business and became very interested in Software Development and Product Management as a result. Throughout my career, I have used my psychology background as the basis for my leadership development workshops and organizational consulting activities that I offer.

I still keep in close contact with my buddy Eric Farone and I stay connected with many others by singing in the Generations Community choir under the direction of our own Ron Revier.

Play guitar and write and sing music.

My moonlighting gig sends me all over the country - I have been to Hawaii and Alaska several times and have been to almost every state in the union. My favorite place - The Island of Hawaii.

Hmmm...not sure that there is anything all that surprising about me other than I underachieved in high school and then probably over-achieved in grad school.

The coolest thing I have ever done is be a dad. Really...is there anything cooler than that?
