I got married right after high school, had my first son, Zac. I worked at IRS and a real estate office in Ogden. Divorced. Met and married a wonderful man - Mark. He is a graduate of Weber High and still loves black and red. I worked at the county courthouse in the Auditor's Office until shortly after our daughter, Kylee, was born then I decided to be a stay at home mom. We added our son Connor to make our family complete in 1999. Shortly after that, I started working - very part time - at the movie theatres here in Brigham to get me out among adults again and give the kids some quality time at home with dad. I spent much of my day volunteering in the kids' schools so it just seemed natural to start substitute teaching at my children's elementary school when they were all in school full time. I spent one year as an AmeriCorps Literacy Aide then was hired as a Title I Literacy Paraprofessional. My family is by far my greatest accomplishment. We love to camp every year at Yellowstone and spend time swimming and playing in St. George. We have taken several trips to the Oregon Coast. Mark and I have taken cruises to the Caribbean and the Bahamas with friends where we have scuba dived and we just took the kids and my mom on a cruise to Cabo San Lucas. We're busy with soccer, basketball, band, gymnastics, dance, singing, school, and any thing else the kids can talk us in to.
