I practice an Indonesian martial art, (White Crane Silat) with a series of movements by and for women. It is a language of the body for health, strength, balance, and self-defense, and whenever I learn a new move, it feels like my body already knows it.
I have two beautiful daughters, that I brought into this world in the comfort of my own home.
