After graduating from OSU with a BBA major in Accounting, I went to work at Transok in Tulsa and met my husband. We transferred to Houston and I started my professional career as a staff accountant at a houston based company. I moved from accounting into implementing accounting software and providing technical support.
After the birth of my second child in '04, I quietly slipped out of Corporate America to take on my most challenging job to date; I'm now referred to as Laura and Matthew's Mom.
Laura is my big Kinder this year and I spend a lot of time volunteering at her school.
I live in Cypress Texas which is a suburb of Houston. My husband and I own a small lot on Lake Conroe, where we have a boat slip and a party barge which we are starting to enjoy now that the kids are getting old enough to sit still. We hope to one day build a cabin and make it part of our legacy for our kids.
